These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made from NCA Motors Limited, known as NCA Motors, through ncamotors.co.uk.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.

  1. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change product prices, delivery charges, offers or product availability without notice. The price charged for your order is the price confirmed at checkout.

Placing an order does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted only when we dispatch the goods.

We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where there is a stock error, pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud or incorrect customer information.

  1. Product information and availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, prices and compatibility information are accurate and up to date.

However, minor differences may occur, and product availability may change without notice.

Where a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and either offer an alternative, wait for stock where possible, or issue a refund.

  1. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.

We do not store full credit card or debit card details on our own systems.

Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised.

  1. Delivery

We deliver to customers in the United Kingdom and may offer international delivery where available.

Delivery options, estimated delivery times and charges are shown at checkout or explained on our Shipping & Returns page.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect delivery details, events outside our control or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  1. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an eligible order within 14 days of delivery.

We extend this to a 30-day returns window for eligible items.

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in re-saleable condition and in the original packaging where possible.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

  1. Faulty or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged or not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ncamotors.co.uk with your order number and clear details of the issue.

We may ask for photos or other information to help us assess the issue.

Where required, we will provide a replacement, repair, refund or other suitable remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

  1. Fitment and compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate compatibility and fitment information for our products.

However, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for their vehicle before purchase and installation.

Where possible, please check part numbers, vehicle details, chassis number, engine code or registration details before ordering.

If you are unsure whether a part is suitable, please contact us before placing your order.

Installation should be carried out by a competent technician or qualified professional.

We accept no liability for incorrect fitment, incorrect diagnosis, damage caused during installation, consequential vehicle damage, labour costs, recovery costs, loss of use, loss of income or any other indirect loss, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

  1. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, where applicable.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, incorrect fitment, modification, accidental damage or damage caused by using a part for an unsuitable application.

Proof of purchase may be required for any warranty claim.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

  1. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to this, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of income, loss of business, loss of use of a vehicle, labour costs or diagnostic costs.

  1. Use of our website

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or restrict access to our website if we believe it is being misused.

  1. Intellectual property

All content on ncamotors.co.uk, including text, images, logos, product information, design and layout, is owned by or licensed to NCA Motors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
