At NCA Motors Limited, we want customers to order with confidence. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

30-Day Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day returns policy.
If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong part, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item value, provided that the item is:
Unused
Unfitted
Uninstalled
In resaleable condition
Returned in its original packaging where possible
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or we have sent the wrong part.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued for the item value only. Original delivery charges, where applicable, may not be refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be received in a re-saleable condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or make a deduction if an item has been:
Used
Fitted
Installed
Damaged
Marked
Returned incomplete
Returned without its original packaging
Returned in a condition that makes it unsuitable for resale
Please do not fit or install a part if you are unsure it is correct.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or differs from what you ordered, please email us at contact@ncamotors.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos of the item, packaging and any visible damage
Once we have reviewed the information, we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied by us, we will cover the cost of return postage.
Incorrectly Ordered Parts
If you ordered the wrong part, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unfitted, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility for incorrectly ordered items.
Fitment and Compatibility
We do our best to list product compatibility as accurately as possible, but vehicle specifications can vary depending on model, year, engine, drivetrain, factory options and previous modifications.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the part is suitable before ordering.
If you are unsure whether a part fits your specific vehicle, please contact us before placing your order and send us your vehicle registration or VIN. We will do our best to confirm compatibility before you buy.
Once an item has been fitted, used or installed, it may no longer be eligible for return unless it is faulty.
Warranty Claims
Some products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, incorrect fitment, misuse, accidental damage or damage caused by using a part for an unsuitable application.
Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.
