These terms apply to all purchases from NCA Motors Limited (trading as NCA Motors).

By placing an order through ncamotors.co.uk you agree to these terms.

1. About us

NCA Motors Limited is a company registered in England and Wales. VAT number GB154407423.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.

The price charged is the price confirmed at checkout. An order is accepted only when we dispatch it. We may decline an order at our discretion (for example stock errors or suspected fraud).

3. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our servers.

5. Returns & refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery.

We extend this to a 30-day returns window. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

6. Fitment & liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure compatibility information is accurate, but the customer is ultimately responsible for confirming a part fits their vehicle.

Installation should be carried out by a competent technician. We accept no liability for incorrect fitment, consequential vehicle damage or loss of use.

7. Warranty

Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

This does not cover wear-and-tear or damage caused by incorrect fitment.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
